Returns & Refunds
A documented wholesale process for order differences, freight damage, grading concerns, cancellations, credits, and approved refunds.
Wholesale tire orders are sourced, counted, sorted, staged, and loaded against an approved specification. They are not handled like individual retail purchases, so concerns begin with a documented claim review rather than an automatic return.
Inspect every truckload or container at receiving. Note visible damage or shortages before signing when possible, preserve the shipping record, and separate affected tires without altering them until instructions are confirmed in writing.

What you need to know
Shortage or wrong merchandise
Compare the physical load with the packing list and approved order as unloading takes place.
- Record missing or incorrect line quantities
- Note visible differences on the carrier document
- Photograph labels, stacks, and the unloaded shipment
Used tire grade concern
A used lot is reviewed against its confirmed category, sorting, grade, exclusions, and representative condition record.
- Identify affected tires separately
- Provide tread and condition evidence
- Do not combine questioned tires with resale stock
Freight damage
Damage caused during transport may require a carrier claim and immediate receiving evidence.
- Record container, trailer, and seal condition
- Notify the carrier according to its terms
- Preserve damaged packaging and loading evidence
Cancellation and order changes
Requests are reviewed according to how far sourcing, allocation, grading, staging, documentation, or freight booking has progressed.
- Unconfirmed requests can be revised
- Committed costs may be nonrefundable
- Staged, loaded, or dispatched lots are generally final sale
