Payment & Trade Terms
Standard 50% / 50% bank-transfer terms and approved credit arrangements for established wholesale customers.
Submitting an order or quote request does not charge you or reserve inventory. We first confirm brands, sizes, quantity, condition, availability, destination, freight, and written terms.
Standard terms require 50% advance by bank transfer upon confirmation of the Proforma Invoice, with the remaining 50% due upon receipt of shipping documents and container tracking details. Established customers with at least 3 successfully completed previous orders may be considered for credit, subject to management approval and written confirmation before shipment.

What you need to know
Option 1: Standard Payment Terms (50% / 50%)
Two clearly defined payment milestones for confirmed wholesale orders.
- 50% advance payment by bank transfer upon confirmation of the Proforma Invoice.
- 50% balance payment upon receipt of shipping documents and container tracking details.
- All payments must be completed by bank transfer.
Option 2: Credit Payment Terms (Established Customers)
Credit is considered for established buyers only. Meeting the order-history requirement does not guarantee approval. All credit payments must also be made by bank transfer.
- Available to customers who have successfully completed at least 3 previous orders.
- Eligible customers may receive up to 3 containers on credit, subject to management approval.
- 100% payment within 21 to 30 days from the agreed invoice or shipment date.
- Credit arrangements must be confirmed in writing before shipment.
Quote and proforma invoice
The written offer identifies the confirmed merchandise, quantity, unit pricing, freight or pickup terms, and payment schedule.
- Review company and destination details
- Check every size and quantity line
- Confirm currency, freight, and order total
Advance payment and reservation
Under standard terms, the 50% advance is due by bank transfer upon confirmation of the Proforma Invoice. A submitted request alone does not hold inventory.
- Pay only against an official invoice
- Use the invoice reference with payment
- Reservation follows the confirmed written conditions
Shipping documents and balance
Under standard terms, the remaining 50% is due upon receipt of shipping documents and container tracking details, not upon arrival of the tires.
- Match documents to the confirmed order
- Review container and tracking references
- Complete the balance by bank transfer
Credit approval and due dates
After at least 3 successfully completed previous orders, eligible customers may receive up to 3 containers on credit with management approval. The full amount is due within 21 to 30 days from the agreed invoice or shipment date.
- Confirm approved container count in writing
- Record the agreed date basis and exact due date
- Obtain written credit confirmation before shipment
International orders
Export buyers receive a proforma invoice in USD with the confirmed merchandise and shipping basis. Payment instructions and document-release conditions appear in writing.
- Confirm payer and consignee names
- Include bank and intermediary fees
- Match the destination and port details
Taxes, duties, and local charges
The buyer is responsible for destination duties, taxes, customs charges, import permits, inspections, and local delivery unless the written quote explicitly says otherwise.
- Confirm import eligibility before payment
- Use a qualified broker or freight adviser
- Budget separately for destination costs
